I don't usually do this but I'm writing this email to let you know how pleased I am with the service at Nob Hill Tower.

I've been feeling very at home, safe and comfortable here during my stay.

Shante has especially been tremendous in helping me feel that way. Since showing me the apartment the first day I arrived at NHT, she has been respectful, responsive and accommodating to the fullest degree.

Such extra effort goes a long way in making one feel welcome when they're so far away from home, and I wanted to bring it to your attention as a tenant that it isn't being taken for granted.

Recently, I had the privilege of living at Nob HIll Tower from September through December, 2008. It was such a wonderful experience that I feel compelled to write to you about it.

The manager immediately made me feel at home. Even before I arrived in San Francisco, she had e-mailed me with details about the move-in and the followed up with a phone call to see if I had any questions. She was very thorough and pleasant, and always got back to me immediately on any concerns I had. She worked hard to ensure that everything was perfect for my entire stay. You are fortunate to have her.

The other members of the staff were likewise extremely helpful and friendly. I'm not sure if I met all of them, but the ones that I did could not have been nicer. They were always up and positive, and went out of their way to find answers for me or assist with whatever came up. They are a great staff.

My apartment was nicely furnished and the view magnificent. The maid service did a thorough job each week. It was a luxury to stay on Nob Hill in your well-run building.

If I encounter other people who need a long or short-term rental in San Francisco, I will highly recommend Nob Hill Tower.
